With a group of young professionals, we visited a former Sudetenland in Northern Bohemia: region with a painful Czech-German history and beautiful countryside. Meditation in the mountains thus brings reconciliation and healing on both sides.

Prague is like an open book of spirituality. When touring Prague´s religious sites, we were travelling through history of European spirituality last week.

Now we are enjoying a real winter: with so much snow Prague looks beautiful and calm!

Visiting the Emmaus Monastery, a famous Benedictine abbey, is always a treat. The gothic church was decorated with a modern unmistakable tower after the World War II bombing, and the quiet cloister invites for a meditative walk - just like the monks did for centuries.
